Every event is quoted individually — there’s no fixed price list because every setup is different. Your quote shows your total.

A 50% retainer is due when you book. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event — if it’s not received by then, your booking is automatically cancelled.

Your date isn’t reserved until the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.

Cancel more than 7 days before your event and your retainer is non-refundable (your date was held for you), but any balance you’ve paid beyond that comes back to you.

Cancel 7 days or less before, or don’t show up, and all payments are kept.

One reschedule per booking, as long as you ask at least 7 days before your event — everything you’ve paid moves to the new date.

Asking less than 7 days before counts as a cancellation.

When the celebration’s over, pick one:

1. 01Keep everything including the stands (no return visit).
2. 02Return the stands to us (refundable deposit).
3. 03Tear down yourself; we just pick up the stands.
4. 04We handle the full teardown and pickup.

Backdrops, large arches, custom builds, and outdoor column stands always require our full teardown service.

Balloons don’t last outdoors like they do inside — sun dulls and pops them, heat expands them, wind tears them. Outdoor setups should be in shade and covered whenever possible.

Every outdoor event needs a backup plan for bad weather. We reserve the right to cancel an outdoor setup if the forecast makes it impossible, and we’re the sole judge of safe setup conditions.
